    Notes
After winning Expert Online B-spec with this car, I decided that I was ready to attack the ring with this car.
Before going too much into details, I'll explain the Horsepower. I did an Oil Change 1st and then did a couple of laps around my creative track.
Yes I did a 5:56.403 in this car. Most of the setup was pulled from my GT4 R8 race car

    Info on the car

The only thing not stock on the car is chassis re-enforcing. @ 828 HP, it's not a bad time at all. To get under 6, you need the track know-how and some experience driving fast LMP cars. As of now, I'm testing this setup on expert b-spec seasonal events @ La Sarthe and it's leading by 11 seconds on lap 5.

If you have experience something wrong with the setup, please let me know the problems so I can tune this car to your liking.
Have fun while you race others. If you don't why are you racing in the first place?

I forgot to label the time with the track I'd test this at. It was at Nurburgring Nords

Thanks to draghon, He found out though GTAuto You can add a wing. It'll still be the same but with more downforce.

First of all, great setup. Finally tamed this oversteer at low speed, which always killed me on the 24hr ring while trying to do the Real Circuit Tour event. Ended up winning it with this setup. Second, how much did you win the Expert Online B-Spec by? I've been trying to win that, and I haven't been able to do it in any car I've tried. I've gone with the Minolta, the GT-One, and this car, and I've been blown away every time, however I haven't yet tried with this setup, and what was your pit strategy too? And lastly, do you keep the downforce at max even once you put the GT Auto wing on it?

Anyways, this definitely gets a vote from me! Thumbs Up

Ty for the vote. I normally win with a MOV of 10-30 secs depending on the line-up.
Second, with the added wing, it's at F:60 R:95
Pit at Lap 2 and switch out for intermediate tires and then again at lap 9 for hard tires
Keep your bob between Neutral and red for the first 7-8 laps.
Laps 9 and 10 between blue and neutral

Is it necessary to switch out the intermediates for hards? My track surface water is at 53% on lap 7, and it looks like im gunna be on intermediates for the rest of the race. Once I switched the car out from hards to intermediates on lap 2, I blew the competition away, closing quite a large gap between me and the Pescarlo Courage, while there was just 20% surface water.

Nevermind, figured out that I had to pit because the endurance of the tires is very low, on Lap 9 with a 32 second lead, every other car is also coming into the pits

Used your setup slightly modified (to make the 700PP) for the Sarthe B-spec online event and it worked brilliantly. I'd always had to skip the last stop to actually win, as I was always held up by traffic, but this setup got me to the lead by start of lap 5.
If you pit on the last lap for inters, I trialed pitting at the end of lap 8 (to to go) for intermediate tyres, and running to the end on those tyres. Compared to the Audi behind me it was worth about 15-20 seconds, on top of the 35-45 second lead I had at the start of lap 8. Gets the race done in 39:30 or so.
My full schedule B-spec guide and setups to the FGT (GT4)

100% all gold in GT4, GT5 and GT6. At last.

Look at mine, I had the lead by the start of lap 3 and by lap 9 I was 1:00:00+ faster than the 2nd place...

Oh cool, shall do. Finish the B-spec nurb 24 and I'll tell you how it goes. Hopefully it works like it did for you! (only have level 38 and level 39 B-spec drivers).

This is a good tune. I had to tweak it a bit to my liking, but it is an excellent starting point. Thanks! Smile

YW on the wing, but I have a question, it's been a long time since I have been on GT5 and last I was on people were running 2:12-2:10 around Sarthe, Now they are running around 2:01-2:03, is this setup that fast?
