Ok, well this car is light nimble and a pain in the cats' butt. The challenge is, is to make this car 147hp or less @ 370pp or less, The setup I have posted seems to be perrrfect for my driving style. I have seen these Vitz's take out the cats, letsb see if you can set up a setting that can beat an R8 4.2, GT-R 07, Citroen Road car, and/or the new Lambos in the dlc pack but stll beat a shootout in a vitz race

Simply put, who can make the best car with restrictions in place as far as I understand it... this challenge is unrestricted parts but restricted on the hp and pp, some people might put everything on but use the limiter and add weight, some might not put any upgrades and keep it light and nimble. But the question is can you build one that can take a beating in a dirty race and still be nimble? Or are you going to make the car so nimble you won't get hit? Or will you build one that can overpower the opponents...?
