Stage1/Week1 - tune

Color = Stock
Rims = Stock
Wing = Stock

Car will stand on its nose..This tune may have a few alterations as I had to put in the numbers that I remembered as I over-wrote them for Stage 2 not thinking.. which was stupid.. but if I am right these are exact..

Straight away:
A lot of work in the LSD, gears, brakes, and most elements of the suspension, but ride height and spring rates are stock?
I know little about WRC, but I know on tarmac, they drop those cars to the road and stiffen the springs. Otherwise, I suspect another second could be found...

I am going to run almost all tunes submitted

Yeah actually..and technically the Shocks change quite a bit..Yes normally when running on road surface MOST of my..tunes are sitting on the ground..

The idea here is to control the weight shift not minimize it..while keeping responsiveness, but only in the important areas.. Like being able to wait till the absolutely last second.. and virtually pivot on one, position and full throttle out early.. staying within the desired race line to maximize time in the accelerator.. Without allowing the car to generate certain forces in the correct areas your handling is crap..and this has to balanced appropriately..But again just a general idea.. with the car tight and low with no HP I am on the brakes more and sideways more.. also locking down the front steering in turns.. so I took this approach...allow the car to give where it needs stay off the brakes let the springs do the balancing act for you and work the LSD..set the car up in advance and target your position..

Have fun running those tunes! Thumbs Up

I tried running this one, and after Matt09's tune, it feels like it has heaps of turn in. However, with the shocks and brakes as they are, the car really doen't like trail braking and I had a few issues with that, however, I was able to nail a:
2'49.751
God this is quick.
Enough said.

Hey, its your tune, credit to the guy in the garage... its not just the driver, however some would disagree!!
I think this car could be quicker than mine... darn.
