This setup will get you 200 A-spec points against the Mazda 787B on Tsukuba wet Hard.
Again I encountered many off track moments, but the skyline still prevailed.
The extra rear camber, racing soft tires and 2 TCS stopped the snap oversteer, and teh car felt better in general.
All comments and feedback welcome

I coudnt do it with this car. It didnt have enough acceleration to catch up nor did it go fast in the corner(about 60k's mostly for me) i was like 5 sec behind already on opening 2nd lap. I still reckon my suggestion is better but nice try. Cant believe you won with this car

Maybe I put the wrong turbo on it, I'll have to check.
Yeah, sorry about that, wrong turbo - needs to be at least a stage 2 (510 hp) - haven't seen if I can 200 with a stage 3.
Thanks Brette.

Edit to setup

Yeah, um, sorry about the first setup, I was looking at the wrong set (A, B, C)
Re-tested correct setup and beat the Sauber C9 by 3 secs for 200 A-spec,
No cheating required, unlike the AI, even after being tank-slapped and peanalised after the C9 went off the road on the corner before the bridge, came back on through me, almost spun and gave me a 5 second penalty.
Sorry for the confusion,
StigsTC

Yep its fixed now. It can beat those 2 old Le Mans cars but i dunno about the R8. If it were to go against the R8 it would lose i reckon. Il give it a Vote because it can get 200A-Spec Points without having to go to hassle the bad oil and blablabla u know it. I will still say even after using this that the RX7 Lm is way better and its cheaper cause u dont have to tune it. You win it.
Are you gunna try Makuso's M3 GTR? I hate BMW so ill never try it boooo!!!!
Oh yeah i noticed u only have about 20000 A-Spec Points loL. I like always just get anycar i can find and i got 30000A-Spec points and i havent even finished the whole game yet

It should beat the R8 because:
The 787B and Sauber C9 have more power,
The above are also lighter,
The above are awsome and unrestricted, the R8 is limited by today's rules.
I too thought the R8 was the greatest LMP ever, I was sooo wrong.
I even beat the Bentley speed 8 by 10 seconds to test this theory.
I was so lazy that my A-spec on lots of races is either 1 or 0.
Reason: 1 A-spec = Formula 1 car used
0 A-spec = B-spec with some supped up amazing vehicle that a five-year old could win with was used.
Thats why I am going for all these 200 A-spec setups, I couldn't tune before. Most of the endros I actually havent finished, but I know I can win them.
Thanks for pointing out the mistake and the vote,
StigsTC

We the Americans are just too lazy to do 24 hour events but sure love to sit in front of the computer and HDTV's 24/7 LOL . Thats like a big middle finger The Finger comming in from other countries that are not high in fat.

True we know how to win them, but we can't sit still infront of a tv. I'll be different if we're actually driving them real life.
Anyways this was a good setup and it beaten the R8 race car.
Have fun while you race others. If you don't why are you racing in the first place?

I knew it could beat the R8, no cheating required. If it can beat the C9 cleanly without Nos, it'll beat the R8 the same way.
Interesting take on the endurance races. The problem is that you have to commit to a full 24 hours, it it is really risky to try and do it over 5 days, you could suffer power surges, power outs or you may lose your rhythem and suffer form drops. It is just too hard to do a full one. If you could save mid race it would be OK, but people would be lured to cheat by re-doing chunks of the race. Thanks for the vote DJ,
Could you see how my Xanavi setups go round Sarthe I 24 h and Fuji 90's 1000 km, I need someone to check that they can win with a diferent driving style to my own. Thanks,
StigsTC

Notes:
Overtook the R8 into the hairpin before back straight, skyline is better under breaks, mid corner and initial launch. Otherwise, the R8 has better top speed, but thats not an issue.
Tune is better in terms of ultimate speed, ease of driving and ability to overtake.

While you are going back through the game beating everything once again, I'm going back through my tunes in disbelief of how bad they were, and re-doing them to find heaps of time. My only piece of advice for re-building your profile:
The moment you get to 25%, go take an LMP to the N 24 hours, use B-spec and then use the FGT to clean off most of your other series. Then worry about restoring your 100,000 A-spec score once you've got a little cash and can do challenges again.
