This is a great way to have a bit of fun 'round the boring test track...You need a good bit of money for this. Buy a nissan (spec aero is the one i used) for around 25'000. Now tune it with every availiable mod. Get super slick/hard racing tires for less grip. Once you have kitted it out, go to "my home" and choose "Run & Settings". Get into your Nissan Silvia and choose the test track. now you have the mods, Now that the setting are correct you can go and drift the car round the embarkments. Approach the corner at a good speed and slightly turn the car to the left and hold the handrake. Depending on how much speed you were carrying into the corner, you will probably have to hold the opposite lock for the whole drift. (note: this setup could work for all nissan silvia's)
