Why don't you just do a U-Turn and drive around the Test Circuit in reverse?
There is no limit on how many laps you can do this way.
It's strange that you have maxed out a few settings. It seems opposite to the tuning theories for max speed.
Try reducing everything to minimum including camber, and toe to zero.
Leave your gearing, cause that looks unique.
Run the test course for max speed again, in reverse, and report back your new max speed.
