Try doing away with the LSD part all together and only use TCS to control wheel spin.
In theory, LSD will cause a power drop to the wheels.
So by removing it you should be getting a bit more power.
But for a huge HP car like the GTR, you will still need to control wheel spin, so use TCS to do that.
Start with the TCS=2 that you have and move it up one at a time until you see no more improvement in times.
Apart from that I don't see anything wrong with your setup. I have a GTR that does 9:0xx times in 0-400m, but that's because of my secret gear ratios, heheh.
