The loss of 20 hp after engine break in really helps make this car driveable, with a net loss of 1.8 mph to the top speed, and .35 (400m) and .89 (1000m) seconds slower in the test runs.

This is the only car in the game that I've used to date that actually losses hp after break-in, all the rest gain hp, or stay the same. Despite the break-in loss, or because of it, times on my test track (Laguna Seca) dropped from high 1'15's to tire smokeing 1'13's. I even managed to get a fastest lap of 1'12'.082 once. but since I cant seem to duplicate it I discount it and stick with my repetitive 1'13.283s as my fastest lap time.

You can drive this car hard, but there is a limit, exceed that limit and the car will bite you (spin, or slide out.) But if you can brush that limit constantly, only the F1 and exotic (R390, GT-ONE, 787B) cars give you any kind of trouble.

And before you ask, dissipate all the tire smoke, the tires don't wear that much more then with some of the other settings listed for this car. I've actually managed to get a full six laps from a set be for major handling difficulty's started to show up from tire wear.

ANd last but not least This baby has 733 miles on it at time of posting. Theres going to be a lot added soon. I've decided to run this thing in the Amuture champion races, seeing as how not even my C5R can get ctimes lose to it on the tracks.

After running the tire ware races, or trying to, I finaly stumbled onto the secret to getting this car to handle with tire ware on. And it all has to do with the location of the engine.

Since tis located far back in the engine compartment behind the frount wheels, tuneing this car like its a Mid-Engined car helps with the tire ware. WIth this setup, you can get four good hard laps in before the tires go, you can stretch it to 4 1/2 laps if you pussy foot it.

The setup that I'm currently working on, whice I'll list as a new setup, will go an almost complete 5 laps before the tires go.
