GameShark 2 Version 3

I just received my Gameshark, and it's great. I doubled the HP of the litle TT and now the thing rocks! I just ran a lap at Midfield with a time of 1'05.675, and a Mini Cooper that got 1'17.453 at Swiss Alps. There aren't any codes to make a true Hybrid yet, such as downforce for any car, switching drivetrains and such, but I'm sure they are coming up soon. The code I'm waiting for is adding rally tires to any car such as F1s.

Take a look

Can you drop in on the setup by “bldblk”; the new Supra RZ(J) to the right? It seems there is a problem with some people wanting to be drifters but still using ASM. Since you have more experience than me, I figured you could add to or at least reinforce my comment. Maybe others will read it and together we can split the fact from the fiction.

Supra RZ

I don't know if you have tuned the Supra or not, but I tried before and I couldn't get it to drive straight with out ASM. This is one of the cars that I don't drive, so I could not give any feedback concerning a drift set-up. I think that the Supra RZ would be better as a Top Speed candidate. I just checked and it looks like "bldblk" will give it a try with out ASM.

controller option

I would like to see an option in the settings menu for 'controller used' or something to that effect, like DS2 or Steering Wheel and Pedals. I will probably get a wheel soon, and I'm sure the settings would differ if only just a bit.

I suggested the same thing to Kerr and he said that it should be doable for the GT4 site, although I would like to see it for this site it really wouldn't be practical since there are already so many setups.

I would have to suggest the new Logitech Driving Force Pro. I tried the Mad Katz wheel and the Logitech Driving Force wheel and was not happy with either. In fact I wound up returning them both for a full refund. In both cases the feel was more arcade style than driving a car. With this thing it is built tough to last, no cheap work here. Even the peddles resist and the brake more so than the gas. It also has the ability to adjust from 60 percent to 100 force feedback with “legacy” games. A legacy game is anything that took a wheel and was made before GT4. I put mine at 100 percent and it was so good that both of my neighbors ran out to buy there own. Shop on the net some before you buy, I got mine for 108 U. S. D. but I have seen them go for as much as 150 U. S. D.
