As per my setup page - 1:13:xx laps at Midfield. Can't remember the actual best time, but 1:13 is consistent.

Use the Supersoft tire (T8) times, cause that's what I used.

1:15 is not too bad.
Try stiffening the rear spring rates and shocks (bound & rebound) a lot more to see if it helps your lap times.

I'll make some adjustments. I don't tune many FWD cars as I should.

Thanks to Fumes. Now on to the Spoon Civic Type R to see how it stacks up.

The tires listed are an indication only.
It's your preference what you use, and in no way a MUST use.
If you don't like using supersoft, and consider yourself a professional, then by all means don't use it. The tires listed does not detract from the setup.

So called professionals wouldn't need to use my setups anyway.
Are you claiming yourself as a professional? I have seen demonracers setups .... for someone who still uses ASM in their tunings you cannot be referring to yourself. ASM is for AMATEURS.

If you don't have any constructive feedback, please keep your critisisms to yourself.

Tire Choices
Posted 03/18/2004 2:57 AM Post a reply Quote this post View nomeite's info
It has been my experience that using T8s will lower the lap time a second or two from the lap times using T5s, which I will use when entering a tire wear race. If tire wear is a problem, then I will switch to T4(usually in the front OR the rear only.)

I agree with Fumes regarding the use of ASM.
