To Post or Not to Post? That is the question.

First let me say thank you Fumes. You're setups have added a new dimension to the game for me. As such I have used them to the point that I feel I understand you're driving style. I have modified you're setups some for my style. I don't like the back to "step out" as much as you. I also prefer for a "tighter" or maybe "more grip" feel when I stomp on or pump the gas in and after a turn. I have thought some about posting my own setups to the Vault, however, I feel that I would only be pulling off some form of plagerism. For example I wanted to post my SS setup, it is the same as yours (really? Duh!) except in hp (minor) and TCS setting. What do you think? To post or not to post?

Dadthewheel,
thanks for consulting me first, it is very decent of you to do so.
If only more people were like you.

I have no problems with you posting it, even if it's only one change. But the general etiquette is to acknowledge the author of the base setup. That is, just say in the comments that it's from me and that you chaged it slightly for XYZ effect.

Thanks again.

It would be my pleasure to do so. Thank you for the positive feedback too. OK good Sir [Fumes] would you be so kind as to step next door and see what you think?

That's perfect, nothing to complain about.
You did it the right may and gave credit where it was due.
Increasing TCS to 6, instead of 1, will definitely give a more positive feel on exits.

I have it on 1 because it gives the most acceleration and feels close to a real race tune car. Plus it gives the fastest lap times. Of course, it all depends on the driver and as you find yourself maturing, you'll want to decrease TCS as well for better lap times.
