Similar to my Honda Type R. But varies only slightly. Please let me know which of the two you prefer, as I'm testing new FF tuning concepts. Laps low 1:12s at Midfield.

Trying to induce Oversteer, if you didn't notice the setup.

I have used a few of your setups previously and they have help me alot, i consider myself a newbie at GT3, but i am now tuning my very own Acura Integra Type R, and will be posting the settings in a few days once it has been completed. if you could, could you give it a run and tell me where it needs work.
Thanks in advance.

Nelsy,

the only thing that is a big problem with this car, and all FF cars, is to try to get the front tires to bite when accelerating hard out of corners. That is, to get rid of understeer.

If you can tune it to have the least understeer without sacrificing too much speed, then you have been successful.

Fumes, i have posted a setup for this car and it is similar to yours, in the damper settings, however, i need some comments on the setup, i have recently re-done all the gear ratios and need to post them. But if you wouldn't mind could you have a go with a few of my setups, and give me some feedback as your opinion is greatly respected. i have only three setups at the moment. Also please dont feel that i'm leaching you setups as that is not my wish, but to get the car feeling as good as i can. Thank you in advance Fumes.

Honda > Acura No doubt, honda makes the better Integra, Type R or otherwise.

Yeah, usually the Honda version is better. The Acura is just a rebadged Honda. But due to the US's strict emission laws, the cars are detuned.

hey fumes, great work creating tons of setups for us. Look I tried this setup and it doesn't feel right... maybe because I'm used to my mitsubishi lancer t.m.e (striped), but the car seems to lack in accelaration, is it on purpose to keep the car drivable? i'm kinda used to the tail sliding a bit, an this car looks glued to the ground. maybe i entered the numbers worngly. i'll check it out... answer pleask, and keep up the good work

Yeah, had to compromise on acceleration to keep the understeering down to a minimum.
Damn FF car, wants to keep going straight when I want to turn. Can't really compare a 4WD car like the Lancer to an FF car.

That's the reason.

It was either fast acceleration but no turning ability, or this, some turning ability and less acceleration.

further removal of understeer

First of all once more a great setup! But I found a way to reduce the understeer some more, try this: front camber 2.5 and front stabilizer 4

I find it better and faster to drive like this
Fast is on the edge of control.

GT4 at 99.4% guess where I'm stuck at?

Fumes, I personally like your setup for the Honda Integra a little better. I think that your setup for the Acura is on to something good though. I have been tweaking some to try to perfect it, but it is a slow process. My lap times on Complex String and Apricot Hill are quicker though with your other setup for the Honda Integra. Hopefully though with some tweaking and learning to drive this setup to its full potential, I will get a better lap time with this setup.

Only if the Integra LM is a FWD car.
