Fun car to drive. Probably in real life, my personal favorite rally car.

CC,

Very close to my rally setup guide as posted in my Mitsubishi Lancer Rally Prototype.
I don't see much wrong with it. It would have been very much the same setup if I had put one in myself :-)

However, do you find the car understeering just a tad?

If you do, there are some other fine tuning details that could be added to see if your lap times improve.

Reduce front shocks by one point lower than rear figures.
and
Change front toe to -0.5 or -1.0.

see if that makes for a better lap. Let me know please. Because I'm curios now.

Well I pretty much looked at all of your rally setups and used them to base it on this, I'll try giving you a lap time, but my rally laps are very inconsistent on GT3. Especially on I think it's Taihiti Maze, I never take the hairpins consistently. I really don't find any understeer on the car when I do drive it consistent. I really do like this car though, it has like the highest torque figures out of all the rally cars pretty much, which really helps a ton.

I agree, this car is the best rally car out of all the proper rally cars.

Yes this definitely is . . . I really liked last year's car, I don't care too much for this years paint job; the red just doesn't fit the car as well as the gray.

Is the 206 really the best rally car? Personally, I kinda like the Imprezas.

Hey senichiman, I think the 206 is. It has a great torque to weight ratio, which really helps in rally events. The WRX Prototype might have a touch more than the 206, I'm not really sure because I don't remember right off the top of my head, but I know for sure that it has more than other WRX. I think the Impreza's are the next best rally cars though, they have very good balance to them.

There seems to be 2 camps of favorite Rally cars.
Peugot 206 & Imprezza Prototype

I personally like the Peugot. It just handles a bit better thru the drift
