Okay the reason it is not working is because you need to copy this EXACTLY as it is.. and paste it.. hit enter break a line.. kill the code.. doesn't make sense.. but I found this out a LONG time ago..LOL..
Code:
[URL=link location]
[img]image location[/img][/URL]
NOW.. IF you want the image to be a different size than the one you are linking to.. you need to take the original image and resize it.. upload it and then put that URL for the image in that area.
With BBCode and code in general it is much different from just writing it. Site Admin can remove the ability for some code to work for various reasons.. and the basis of the site can be different.. SO go about the right way..
Not to mention that between all the browser engines out there image resizing inline is fairly a deprecated method.. It is more efficient to edit the image for its purpose.. and use that one..
Edit:
For instance you could copy the image I have here which is smaller.. and the thing would appear as..
Code:
[URL=link location]
[img]image location[/img][/URL]
EDIT: for width stretching..
and make sure you save the image and upload to your account because this one will be disappearing shortly...
AND I don't care who you may or may not know at TorqueReport.. but you should upload the image to your own host.. Hotlinking is not always SMILED upon.. IF your signature gets chopped and you run out of room then you should think about shortening some of those URLS..
You also can remove the URL= and the end /URL tage if you don't want ti to link back to the original..
